VR I am interested in how VR can dissolve the line between story and reality.

MR I am interested in how mixed reality can be used as a tool to bridge multiplayer VR experience.

Social Justice I am interested in how to normalize controversial issues using gameplay and narrative.

VR MR Social Justice I would like to research how Virtual Reality differs from other forms of narrative, by researching its long-term impact on participants. From this research, I will be able to shape a story that can immerse viewers into the experience of another, for the purpose of creating connections for diversity and understanding of other cultures. Perspective and point of view

VR MR Social Justice I would like to research theoretical and working versions of mixed reality, and why they were or were not successful. From this research, I will create a mixed reality experience, that allows people to interact with mixed reality as a group.

VR MR Social Justice I would like to research examples of story-driven, experimental, gameplay. With five strong precedents, from this research, I will create a narrative for the purpose of normalizing marginalized groups and diversifying the game sphere. VR (Research if VR has a lasting impact on participants)
Create a story that can immerse participants, for the purpose of creating connections for diversity and understanding of other cultures. VR 1 Idea 2 Idea 3 Idea A VR video experience where people/characters directly engage with the viewer. A installation with a narrative that the participants can change by taking different paths. A VR sandbox experience with no distinct ending. VR experience: Tree, Giant Hyphen-labs: Afrofuturism

MR (Research theoretical and working versions of MR)
Create a mixed reality experience, intended to be a communal experience. MR 1 Idea 2 Idea 3 Idea A game using mixed reality as the main driving force of communication. A documentary observing people under mixed reality conditions versus VR or AR. A pop up shop of mixed reality experiences only discovered through a secret texting network and teams have to piece the mystery together.

Social Justice (Research Experimental story-driven gameplay.)
Create a narrative for the purpose of normalizing marginalized groups and diversifying the game sphere. Social Justice 1 Idea 2 Idea 3 Idea A game about a group of female identified members, set in 2016. A scavenger hunt with narrative driven clues. A randomized character selection game.
