To enhance efficiency and quality in both the schools and finance office.
To define roles and responsibilities of school finance and College Finance.
To build better relations and bonds.

4. Goal and Objective What we hope to achieve at the end of the day?
Improved understanding of the workflow, how we effect the chain of events and how we together can improve on efficiency and quality of work.

5. Plan for the year 2017 College Wide Workshop.
One on one training/ meeting sessions twice a year.
