Please find in the following existing layout of staircase at the above property.
There is a ground floor and a first floor layout.
The floor to floor height is approx. 2.6m (tbc)
Proposal for new staircase is to have it rising from within the living room area and ending up on the landing adjacent to bathroom and in front of Bed 1.
Option 1 is to create an industrial metal staircase for use in a domestic setting.
Option 2 is to create a metal spiral staircase which is positioned so that it is nearer the middle of the first floor landing. We would want to install a reinforced flap door to the first floor (adjacent to the spiral staircase) which would allow for access to move large items of furniture between floors.

Removal of existing staircase will allow us to create a ground floor wet room enlarging existing cloaks area.
