1. Production and Logistics Area
Presently the production and logistics area enjoys the most dynamic development in Kaunas FEZ. In 2011, Kaunas FEZ generated a record result: the attracted investments amounted to EUR238 million. This represents the highest investment value over the whole history of Kaunas FEZ. The total value of investments into Kaunas FEZ comes up to EUR 343 million. Presently the production and logistics area enjoys the most dynamic development in Kaunas FEZ. Most of the territory is already arranged and being used for green field investments. In 2011, Kaunas FEZ generated a record result: the attracted investments amounted to EUR238 million. This represents the highest investment value over the whole history of Kaunas FEZ. The total value of investments into Kaunas FEZ comes up to EUR 343 million.

2. Business Street Aggregation of future buildings at Road A6;
13 land plots for offices and hotels; Land plots with Detail Plans and relevant infrastructure. The Business Street is an aggregation of future buildings at Road A6, offering a choice of 13 land plots for offices and hotels. Almost all the land plots have Detail Plans and relevant infrastructure. This is going to become an easily accessible site with a well-developed parking system and modern office premises, which satisfy the present-day requirements.

3. Airpark The Area of the planned Airpark shall be 240 ha. The territory has nearly 3-kilometer-long border with the territory of Kaunas Airport enabling direct access to aircrafts and eliminating custom clearance procedures. The Airpark is a FEZ territory, which has a border with Kaunas International Airport stretching for nearly 3 kilometres. This neighbourhood offers further exceptional possibilities for the FEZ investors. Air and road modes are perfectly integrated in the Airpark territory. Such territory is particularly attractive for airline depots, aircraft service companies, aviation industries (aircraft assembly, testing, and sales), as they can have access to the runway and concurrently enjoy tax incentives and other privileges offered by the FEZ, e.g. “Free Territory” status.

Kaunas Infrastructure
We offer land plots with complete infrastructure up to the plot: Asphalt road; Water supply and sewerage systems; Gas pipeline; Rainwater drainage system. Currently infrastructure works are in progress. Customers are offered the possibility to adjust our infrastructure to their business needs.
