The goal of the meeting was not to attempt to summarize the top physics potential of ATLAS and CMS but rather focus on the spanish contribution to trigger collaborations among different groups

3. ATLAS
Contribution to the CSC book (i.e. 14 TeV, 1fb-1 studies):
Contribution to the Summer 09 notes with MC08 (i.e. 10 TeV, 200pb-1)
Top pair production cross section in the single lepton (e, ) channel using a variant analysis not relying on Emiss (part of ATLAS note) - IFAE
Working in the reconstruction of final state objects (jets, electrons, muons and taus) - IFIC & IFAE
Early observation of the 2 mentioned tau channels (IFIC, IFAE)
Top quark mass measurement in the semi-leptonic channel (e,) with novel kinematic fit method (global 2) IFIC

5. Theoretical side Top anomalous couplings (U. de Granada):
Establish the Lagrangian (which couplings are we going to measure?, minimal but general)
Identify the observables and their dependence on couplings (use accurate theoretical expressions from them)
