OLD BUSINESS
6
Charge to the Ad Hoc Committee
Investigate feasibility of a college-wide 7.12 document and identify areas of concern. Committee findings One collegiate 7.12 could be possible because there is similar language (or synonyms) across the units. It would be necessary to represent the different cultures. Question whether it would be politically advantageous.
7
7.12 AD HOC COMMITTEE (CON’T.)
7.12 Ad Hoc Committee met with Faculty Leadership Committee (FLC) in May 2016. Final 7.12 Ad Hoc and FLC recommendations: Keep individual unit 7.12 documents. Explore opportunity to utilize common language across unit 7.12’s. Ensure that collegiate P&T Committee members are knowledgeable of review criteria to be used.
