A 71-year-old male with mantle cell lymphoma presenting with bright red blood per rectum. Dynamic images of the abdomen and pelvis were obtained in the anterior view for 60 minutes after the intravenous administration of 25 mCi of Tc-99m labeled red blood cells. There is linear radiotracer activity in the descending colon, consistent with acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding (arrows).
