How they did it? Sportsmen do not just try to follow healthy lifestyle. They also train minimum 2 times a day, follow a special diet and before important competition trainings become even harder.

Sport develop estimation and teaches to control yourself
As practise shows, even after their career ending sportsmen still try to keep fit. To train, to go to fitness centres and to participate in amateur competitions.

Diet After getting up Mix lemon and orange juice, add a glass of hot water. Wait until a drink gets cold and drink. Breakfast A half of a grapefruit, 1-2 fried eggs, bread with butter, a cup of tea. Second Breakfast Mixed fruit salad, a glass of fruit juice. Lunch Salad of tomatoes and greens, 100g of chicken, 100g of rice. Snack A baked potato, low-fat cottage cheese. Dinner 200g of fish, salad, apple.
