3 Research Objective Compare and contrast opinions of employers with those of IAEWS members on the subject of emerging trends in online recruiting to determine challenges and opportunities for job boards

4 Methodology IAEWS members were surveyed throughout Final FOTI report was presented at 11/09 Global Congress The same IAEWS members survey will be repeated in Employers are currently being surveyed using statements similar statements to those used for the IAEWS member survey Employer survey will continue throughout 2010
