3. Airhead QuietComfort Battery and Charging Connectivity Home
AH QuietComfort headphones can be charged using the USB cable supplied in the box and plugging it into a USB port on a computer or a wall charger (sold separately). Allow up to 2.25 hours for the headphones to fully charge. Once it is fully charged, the battery indicator light will turn green.
AH QuietComfort headphones use a lithium-ion rechargeable battery that stays powered for up to 20 hours while using the headphones wirelessly and up to 40 hours for wired use.
These headphones allow users to continue to listen to their source even if the battery power is depleted. However, without power, neither active noise cancellation nor Active EQ is able to function.
AH QuietComfort headphones come with a USB cable that allows the headphones to be charged from your PC or laptop. Please note that the PC or laptop must be on and awake in order to charge over USB.
Connectivity
The NFC function in iPhone 6/6 Plus or 7/7 Plus only enables Apple pay functionality. It doesn’t facilitate pairing. Please use pairing instructions for phones that are not NFC enabled.

SoundLink Color II’s Bluetooth link is capable of stable operation at up to 30 ft (9 m). Performance can be affected by obstacles such as walls or metal, interference from Wi-Fi® or other wireless devices, and device manufacturers’ Bluetooth implementations.
The AS 15 keeps track of the last eight devices to have paired and connected with it, dropping the least recently used when a new one is paired. When in Bluetooth mode, the AS 15 searches for and connects to the two most recently connected active Bluetooth-enabled devices. It will only receive audio from one device at a time.
If you wish to connect to a previously paired device other than the one(s) already connected, press the Bluetooth button. Press once to identify the currently connected devices; press again (within three seconds) to search through other recently connected devices on the pairing list. If you wish to connect to a new device, press and hold the button until the indicator light blinks blue. If voice prompts have been disabled, the Bluetooth button will behave differently; one press will make the SoundLink Color II ready to pair.

Battery and Charging
Battery performance varies with the content played and volume at which it is played. In typical usage, the AS 15 battery lasts up to eight hours.
While not playing music, much of the AS 15 battery’s charge can be recovered in 3 hours when using a USB power source of at least one amp of current. Charging from alternate USB power sources or when playing music may take longer.

7. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Fake Orders
Airhead logs all IP numbers that place orders. All fraudulent orders are reported to the police.
Returns and Refunds
Of course you can! You have 14 days to return your item. You must contact customer service before returning your item. You have the right to examine the goods you have purchased. But to cancel the purchase your item must be in the so-called essentially unchanged condition. Due to hygienic reasons your item cannot be used or tested.
If you receive your goods and discover that it does not match the one you ordered, if it is damaged, or have other defects, please contact the customer service directly, but within 14 days after you received your item. Please describe what is wrong with the product. Have your order confirmation on hand to facilitate customer service.
You will agree with the customer service about what you want: Refund or new product. If you choose a refund, we will transfer your money within 30 days. If you have made the purchase with cash on delivery, we will also pay that fee.
You will get the address where to return the item and as soon as we receive the item and approve the condition, we will send you a new product or refund your money. You will have to pay for the return shipment cost.
Warranty
Airhead provides a Limited Warranty Period of one (1) year. If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within this period, you need to provide proof of purchase and affected part. Please proceed as following:
If bought at a retailer, the first step is to go back to the store of the purchase and make your Warranty Claim there, please bring your broken Airhead and your receipt.
If the retailer is unable to exchange your Airhead, please contact our Customer Service for further help.
If bought at our online web-shop, please visit Customer Service to file your complaint. Make sure to include all details described and your cause. Once your complaint is with us we will contact you on how to proceed with the matter.
Any defective parts covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Replaced or repaired parts provided during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
