The discharge of the product is made by a valve.
COOKING BASINS In the production of jams and tomato sauces Tecmon makes cooking basins of different sizes from the smaller version of 50 L capacity up to about 1000 L. Each basin is made of stainless steel AISI 304 for the parts in contact with the product and double insulated walls covered with sheet steel to the outside. Our basins can be heated in three ways: by electrically heating (only for the smallest model), by using a gas burner placed under the body of the machine and by steam. Each machine is equipped with a stirrer anchor on which are mounted scrapers that lapping the bottom and the sides to prevent the product sticking and burn accordingly. The machine is also equipped with a cover divided into two halves (one half is mounted on the agitator), complete with safety switch that stops the agitator when the operator open the lid.
