Define the value of music Why people like this music? What is special with this music? Establish Win-Win situation Who gets benefit with this music? Manage production cost How to minimize production cost? Get more exposure Any way to get secondary income?

I) Define the value of music
Music ≠ product Music = value What is unique with this music? Melody? Recording Quality? Lyrics? Fun? Emotion? If the song sounds like someone else’s song, There’ll be no value to it → No reason to “get paid”. CD, game, ringtone..those are just “case”!

II) Establish Win-Win situation
Who benefits with this music? Composer? Arranger? Performer? Producer? Engineer? Studio? Game Company? Telecom Company? Music has no shape, nobody can see. You can only sell “value”. Producer needs to “pre-design” how all of us can benefit from the value.

III) Manage production cost
How to minimize the production cost? Spend money to where value is at (Artist? Melody? Sound?) Do not spend too much money on “visible value (equipments, instruments..)” better “rent” studios, including overseas ones Better engineer can work fast, result in total saving

IV) Get more exposure Secondary Income: Cellphone Ringtones Concert
Soundtrack Remix Album TV Program etc…

China in Bright Future After financial crisis started in States. World’s business center is moving to Asia. China has a big potential to contribute To world economy! From China to the World! Game software may not be able to go, but Digital Entertainment can go! Let’s focus on “Unique Value” in the world That only China can do!
