3. Internal Copies made under a CLA Licence
No general requirement for copies made for internal use to have a Copyright Notice
But identity of author/artist to be included in Digital Copies:
where adjacent to work/item being copied;
otherwise, where reasonable
Universities Licence: Copyright Notice on Digital Copies
Music Licence (new): copies (and arrangements) must have a Copyright Credit
