10. “If You Build It” - Rules
GOAL: To reproduce the unseen creation exactly.

11. “If You Build It” - Rules
Presidents are the only ones who see the “creation” and their only means of communication is talking. Presidents can only speak to the Vice-Presidents. Presidents may not see what the team is building.
Vice-Presidents may only answer the chapter's questions with "yes,” "no," or “I don't know.” They may return to speak with their President at any time. They cannot build.
General members are the only individuals allowed to use the blocks and actually build. General members can speak.
Observers can go anywhere, watching any group(s). They cannot talk or help build. They should take notes on the actions that take place.
