UHN has embarked on a journey of renewal.
Renewal will build on past successes while establishing the foundational supports for a new strategic plan. We will continue to sustain the excellence we have achieved in our everyday work while defining where we are going tomorrow.
5
What Does this Mean for Me?
The Areas of Focus anchor my everyday work as we work together to transform lives and communities with every interaction I will educate myself on how to care safely, use resources wisely and I will work to enhance the experience of our people and patients UHN leaders will support me based on these Areas of Focus and our Purpose, Values and Principles
6
How Does Strategic Planning Affect Me?
UHN leaders are beginning to define the organization’s future This won’t immediately impact my day-to-day, but it’s important for me to know where UHN is heading Strategic planning will ensure the directional alignment of various parts of the organization Big decisions and new initiatives will be aligned with our PVP, Areas of Focus and future directions
