IDL has such a high level of participation this year, with so much equipment being used that they may need to use part of the Winter Guard trailer!
Retail Value: $18.95/day – Laura has booked for February through April dates, but can be cancelled. Andy to determine whether Laura has reserved the correct size.
Total Cost for the Season: ~$200, we can send
a letter to Uhaul Corporate to request donation
of some or all of that expense.

1/20/16: Meeting at Kelly’s house for group review and consolidation of edits.
1/27/16: Final review by Board
2/3/16: Finalized Bylaws will be sent to parents with notification that voting will take place at parent meeting on 2/9/16. Will also be posted on website.
2/9/16– Members will vote and Board will sign Bylaws & Constitution
