He calls a doctor for an examination since he is not feeling well.

8. The monk has never heard the word tenshiki before.
Since he is a Mr. Know-it-all he pretends that he does know.

9. “When I was young, I had tenshiki all the time but being old I haven’t had one recently.”

10. The monk cannot stop thinking what tenshiki is.

11. “So, what is a tenshiki? I should of just asked but I couldn’t admit that I don’t know.”

“I know! I’ll ask Chin’nen. (errand boy) He’s young but knows a lot, and if he doesn’t know I’ll use him to find out. “
“Chin’nen, bring me a tenshiki?”
