Receiving an Assignment
- Vocollect is given assignment by EXE software
- Vocollect system tells employee which aisle to
go to
- Employee looks for Pick Slot Label.
- Vocollect system tells employee how much of
each product to take

Placing Pallets on Trailers
- Pallet Destination summary has bay location printed on it
- Employee drops off his pallet at the correct bay
- Pallet is either placed right into the truck, or “staged” across from the bay.
- A Dockman then loads all pallets outside the bay into the truck when ready.
