1. C.E. King Cross Country
Our # 1 goal is to represent C.E. King High School with Pride and Integrity through our work ethic in preparing for our race each week.
Our next goal is to finish individually in the top 15; and as a team, finish top 3 in the District 19-4A meet. This in turn will send us to the regional meet November 7 giving us a chance to go to the State Meet Nov. 14
We currently have 44 runners in the cross country program
In preparation for district we are competing at large 5A meets and
have been improving our race times each week.
Weekly workout regimen consists of running miles prior to race day
Boys’ race is 3.1 miles. Girls’ race is 2.1 miles.
