All but 1 programs have been awarded (awaiting contracts that will be dated 1/1/2016)
All contracts are from 1/1/2016 – 9/30/2017 (21 months). Contracts can be amended
Last RFP (Douglas/Klamath/Lake) will be re-issued this month, and to contract by April 1, 2016.

25% Match Requirement
All programs have an increased match requirement because their allocation increased.
Some programs are worried that they will not be able to meet this match requirement, and agency Boards have been reluctant to agree.
Discussion: HFO Coordinator is proposing to change policy in PPPM that defines what funds can and cannot be used as Match.
