„How to make?” recipe for dumplings with mushrooms

Ingredients 3 cups of flour 1 ½ cups of water 1 egg teaspoon of oil
salt

30 grams of sauerkraut 15 grams of dried mushrooms 2 onions 3 cloves of garlic

The dough for dumplings
Knead the flour, add water, oil and salt. Egg sticks. Knead the dough. After establishing leave it for 30 minutes.

Stuffing for dumplings
Rinsed under running water from the soaked cabbage cook mushrooms. Diced onion, finely chopped garlic and fry in oil. Cook for a minute, then add the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. If the cabbage is too sour, add a little honey or sugar.

Method of preparation Best served in a bowl, pour the hot butter and sprinkle with dill.
