SPLASH SCREEN Only on successful download of master data it navigates automatically to Enumerator Authentication screen.

AUTHENTICATE SCREEN Enter Enumerator Aadhaar Number and tap on "Authenticate" button on successful authentication of enumerator Aadhaar number it navigates to Bio-Authentication screen

AUTHENTICATE SCREEN For capturing finger print we need supporting application to be installed If Supporting application is not in your device an alert message will be displayed as shown in the image Tap on “YES” , It navigates to Play store to download the application

AUTHENTICATE SCREEN Tap on “Install” button, Permission modal view is displayed as shown in image Tap on “ACCEPT” button, The app will be successfully downloaded and installed Open the JKSS application and continue the app flow

BIO-AUTHENTICATION SCREEN
Select finger index and tap on “CAPTURE” button, USB device alert will be displayed. Note: You can use any 10 fingers, One or more fingers can be selected for increasing the accuracy. Before capturing fingers should select finger boxes.

BIO-AUTHENTICATION SCREEN
Tap on check box and “OK“ button, Device will be connected successfully. The JKSS application will access the Biometric RD services APK for Biometric confirmation.

Place the finger on biometric device on successful Bio-Authentication it navigates to “Select Area” Modal view

Refresh Master Option Enumerator can select the refresh masters button to reload the masters if drop downs are not showing properly. If the application masters is not downloaded completely then use the refresh button to update the application

Select Enumeration Block
Select the Enumeration Block Check box from the list and Tap on "Submit Arrow" on the right side corner of the screen, It navigates to HouseHold screen

HOUSEHOLD SCREEN The EB Details are Prefilled based on the block selected. This is also used as Dash Board for Enumerator .The Details of Total number of house holds and total number of family members in the block are displayed here.

ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN SECC EB HH No Enter only 4 digits of the SECC Family ID as in the AHL sheet provided to you eg: 0001, 0002 If SECC Family ID is not available then Search with Name If you can not find the Member by both ID and Name then Select “New SECC EB House”

ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN SEARCH BY NAME While searching with name we have to search with at least three alphabets Select the appropriate member from the list shown below to select the family from SECC data.

Select House Hold Status
ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN Select House Hold Status Select “House Hold Status” you will see seven different options. Select any one option according to family members availability Visited (All HH Members available) – The house survey needs to be completed for all members based on the total members in the family Visited(Few HH Members Available)- App will allow to submit for few members HH Partially surveyed- During first visit if few members are left out in the family then select this option and enter the Aadhaar number of any of the family member then the completed family members details will be shown then new members can be added to the family for completion. Hostels/Group Living /Lodges/Old age Homes- By selecting this option Multiple single records can be collected for such single locations.

Capture GPS and House Image
ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN Capture GPS and House Image Click on “CAPTURE GPS” button , Location of the house will be captured , Make sure that the GPS icon in settings is turned on , GPS capturing on new device for the first time will take long time in such cases kindly be in open area out side the building and capture GPS if it is taking time then close the application and open it once again and recapture again from the second time the GPS will be captured very fast. Then click on “CAPTURE HOUSE IMAGE” button, camera will be open and capture the house image and submit.

ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN Create House Hold
Select “Create House Hold using” Select “Aadhaar Number” or If at least one member of family do not have Aadhaar number Select “No Aadhaar number in the family” then the details of the family will be collected such as name of the head of the family , Mobile Number a Aadhaar registration centre unit will be dispatched to the village to register the Aadhaar numbers of the family.

ADD HOUSEHOLD SCREEN Aadhaar Number of any family member Total Family Members Total Sub Families Members Currently In Home Enter “Aadhaar Number of Head of the family” Enter “Total Family Members”- Count based on this the app will let you know how many members have been completed and how many are pending. Enter “Total Sub Families” – Kindly confirm how many married family members are available in the house then he needs to enter number of sub families in the house hold. A family with father, mother & unmarried children are treated as first family unit, married member and wife and children are treated as family unit 2,3,4 and other married brothers and sisters families living under one roof are treated as separate sub family units each. Enter “Members Currently in Home”

SECC MAPPING Family Members from SECC If Family Members from SECC is not matched delete the SECC EB HH NO. and enter another 4 digit House hold number SECC EB HH NO. or Search by Name and tap on “FETCH AGAIN” button, Family Members from SECC details will be displayed for your confirmation once the details are matched with the family members available then click on “OK” button, It navigates to Household screen. If family members are not found in SECC then select New Family option and do the enumeration process with out mapping with SECC data

HOUSE HOLD DATA Tap on "ADD HOUSEHOLD DATA“ button, It navigates to HOUEHOLD DETAILS screen

Movable Properties Owned
HOUSE HOLD DATA Movable Properties Owned Fill all the Mandatory Fields from the drop down provided Select Movable Properties Owned After selecting type of vehicle you will be moved to Vehicle Registration Number Screen Provide “Vehicle Registration Number” validate and click on Submit button

HOUSE HOLD DATA Live Stock Details Click on ADD Live Stock button. Select the “Type of Live Stock” from the drop down provided, “Enter the Count” and tap on ADD button.

HOUSE HOLD DATA Debt/Loan Liability Click on Debt/Loan Liability button If Selected “yes” then select “Purpose of taking loan ”, “Source of loan” and “mode of “Repayment of loan” from the drop down and click on “SAVE” button Click on “SAVE HOUSEHOLD DATA” button

HOUSE HOLD DATA Preview This information is collected once for the household so that details can be auto populated for each individual. Verify the details captured in “Preview Screen”, If any corrections are required use “back button” on mobile to go back and make the necessary changes once again. Once the “SUBMIT” button is selected the house hold information will be updated in the server and cannot be changed

Tap on member Aadhaar number, You will be redirected to QR code scanner page.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN QR Code Scanner When ever we are adding a new person it will be re-directed to QR Code Scanner. After successful Scanning members details will be populated. This process will continue when ever you are trying to add a new person. If QR code is not getting scanned kindly enter the Aadhaar number manually and select the button to fetch the data from server if data is not available it will allow the user to enter the details manually

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN SECC MAP After Aadhaar details are entered Family member collected from SECC will be Displayed. Select the member name from SECC. Tap on “Map SECC Member”, Members details will be displayed The drop down will contain all the member details as per SECC masters tagged to the family. Select the member form the drop down options and “Map the member with the Aadhaar id proof member details”.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN Select the corresponding member from the list and tap on “MAP” button An alert message will be displayed and reads like “Mapped Successfully”.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN 1.MOBILE NO, DETAILS Enter Mobile number , OTP will be sent to entered mobile number Enter OTP ID is optional and tap on “SAVE ” button The “Mobile Number , Details” button turn to green change indicates that data collection is completed.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN 4.EMPLOYMENT AND OCCUPATION DETAILS Select Employment and Occupation Details. Select the fields from the drop down and tap on “SAVE” button , “Employment and Occupation Details” button turn to green color.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN 5. BANK DETAILS If individual is having bank account Capture Bank Details and tap on “SAVE” button. If bank account is not available then request information for opening bank account needs to be filled and submitted. For new account opening request the banking correspondent will visit the home of the family and will open the bank account for the person. The "Bank Details" button turn to green color.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN 6.DOCUMENT PROOFS Select “Document Proofs”. Tap on “ADD DOCUMENT” button, “ADD DOCUMENT” modal view is displayed. All available scheme document proofs need to be captured against the individual one by one. The document details will be verified in the database and will be saved for the individual.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN 7.HEALTH DETAILS Select “Health”. Capture Health Details from the drop down provided and tap on “SAVE” button, The “7.Health details” button turn to green color.

MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN PMSBY
Select “Is PMSBY Required”, if Yes enter Nominee details. Select the Check box Agreed and click on “PREVIEW” button. PMSBY - Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana By joining the PMSBY scheme and by paying a nominal premium of Rs. 12/- per person per year (Haryana Govt wishes to pay the amount on behalf of the citizens), he or she will get an insurance cover for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lakh) in case of accidental death or permanent full disability or a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) in case of partial but permanent disability. The scheme will be valid for a year and it can be renewed every year.

PREVIEW SCREEN Preview of the details captured are shown here. After verifying the details click on “SUBMIT” button then the enumeration for one person is completed.

If you want to Add another member Tap on “ADD MEMBER” button, Add member modal view is displayed. Enter Aadhaar number and tap on “SUBMIT” button , It navigates to “QR Code Screen”.

QR Code Scanner After Successfully scanning the Aadhaar QR Code, for capturing individual details repeat the same details.

FAMILY MEMBER DETAILS SCREEN
If any family member adult or child want to enroll for Aadhaar card, Tap on “ENROLL FOR AADHAAR” button, ENROLL FOR AAHDAAR modal view will be displayed enter the details and submit the Aadhaar enrollment unit will come to your location and will get your Aadhaar enrolled and then the member details can be added to the family and survey completed.

Enrol Aadhaar Fill Name, Gender, Date of Birth and tap on “ENROLL” button, Your request is successfully submitted

Click on “ENUMERATOR CONSENT” button. In order to complete the Survey for a house hold then select this option. This button will be shown only if at least one member enumeration details is collected.

Enumerator Consent & Unmapped Family Members Upon completing the family members details the enumerator needs to select the “Enumerator Consent” button Unmapped Family members screen will be shown, Family members who are not enumerated details will be shown Enumerator needs to Select the status from the Drop Down List of any left over members in the House Hold as per the SECC family details attached to the family.

Click on “ENUMERATOR CONSENT” button and after all the leftover members status is competed a preview will be shown for the entire family and after checking and consent of the family taken by the enumerator , Bio-Metric Authentication Screen of the Enumerator will open.
