***Remember: Complex zeros come in pairs!!!***
Steps: 1. Write each ZERO AS A FACTOR. x=#, and move the # to the other side put in ( ) 2. MULTIPLY each factor together [distribute]. Check that the degree matches the number of zeros you had to begin with! 3. Plug function into calculator and check for rational roots in table! ***Remember: Complex zeros come in pairs!!!***

Algebraically by Substitution

Steps: 1. Make sure at least ONE equation is equal to Y. 2. SUBSTITUTE one equation into the other. 3. Set the equation EQUAL TO Solve for X by FACTORING AND SOLVING. 5. Plug each X into one of the equations, and SOLVE FOR Y. 6. Write as ORDERED PAIRS (X, Y).
