2 New Career Implementation
Modification to Axess for Non-Degree Seeking Students $250,000 – 500,000 • 24 months Problem Statement: Non-Degree Seeking ‘students’ on campus are entered as graduate students. Career Parameters which control tuition, billing, enrollment and term dates are inconsistent with the needs of these students. Visiting Student Researchers Distinguished Careers Institute Post Doctoral Students SCPD Student of New Faculty Additional Certificate Programs new and existing .

3 New Career Implementation
Project will allow us to: Retrofit custom code to allow for additional careers. Conduct in depth analysis of non-degree seeking student needs in regards to : Payments Options – real time payments at time of enrollment vs billing options Billing options- allow for monthly billing options to coincide with fixed term appointments. Term periods – Allow for different start and end time periods for assignments than standard terms. Enrollment options- control access to Stanford classes as needed. Configure, test and implement system setups for new parameters Determine and Implement online payment options Implement end user interface for non degree seeking students on campus.
