Who is an Apprentice? is studying a skilled trade
A Person who: is studying a skilled trade receives on the job training with a journeyperson (Journeyperson is someone who works in that trade and has a license to work in that specific trade. works towards a “license” experiences 90% hands earns money while learning works in the trade for 2-4 years A Journeyperson is someone who works in that trade and has a license to work in that specific trade. An apprentice is someone learning a trade while they work with a journeyperson towards a license. It should be noted that once a student is FINISHED highschool, they get paid while they learn as an apprentice. Educational Requirements
An entry level job is a position that does not require experience. Employers typically hire recent college graduates for entry level jobs. Training is typically provided by the company. Lowest position you can start in. modified by CMagno

Skilled labor There is no single definition for skilled labor.
It is generally any type of occupation that requires some skills or training. But does not require a college degree. Common skilled laborers include electricians and plumbers and those in the repair and maintenance industry. Skilled laborers require less education and training than professionals such as doctors, lawyers, interior designers and architects. modified by CMagno

Service Learning A work Based learning strategy that combines community service with career and academic learning goals. Students provide volunteer service to public and/ or non profit agencies in the local community modified by CMagno

Hourly Pay Employee is paid based on the number of hours worked
