2. Online Customers
Online customers have access to quoting and ordering. In quoting and order you have
the ability to;
Create quotes
Edit and check the order before submitting
Search for old orders
And Check the order status of current orders
This document will go over the following;
Signing in
Creating a quote
How to edit and check the order before submitting
Searching for old orders
And checking the status of current orders

3. 1. Sign up / Logging in

4. Welcome to a new way to place an order
You will be sent an with an invite (as below)
Simply accept the invite by Clicking on “Accept invite” highlighted below
You will then be taken to your Information Page

5. Type in your Password and confirm the Password entered
Note: it should be 6 or more characters long with at least 1 Number and 1 Letter
Add your Phone, Mobile and your Address
Then click Register

6. Login http://login.buzsoftware.com.au
sign in with your User Name and Password
Select Forgotten your password if you can not remember it, this will take you to a new window where you can re-set your password

7. Home Page
Once you have logged in you will see your home page, if you have more than one Company you can choose from the list here.
You can also access your Profile to change your Contact Details or Password by selecting the “My Profile” TAB at the top.
The above headings will be on the top RHS of your page and will allow you to;
Log Off
Return to the home page with “My BUZ”
Access our Help pages or contact us with your help questions by dropping down the menu next to “Help”

8. 2. Quoting and Ordering

9. Quoting & Ordering Select -> Sales Quoting & Ordering + New Sale
Enter your reference (this could be an office order number or a purchase order etc.) something that you can reference the order by
Click Next

10. Quoting & Ordering Select your Product Enter the Product Details
These run down the page
Once all the information is entered
You can select Calculate Price or just Add to Cart to process

11. Quoting & Ordering
Now in the Cart is your first blind from here you can
Add Item and create a whole new blind
Copy or Edit Item on your quote Via the drop down Options (On Right)
Remove an item
Change Materials on 1 or many items
Attach a file
Finalise Order once you have all items needed on the order

12. Quoting & Ordering
By Selecting Finalize you go to the Finalize Page where you can check / select
Enter extra details required by your supplier
Enter the Install Address if you have more than one (Or add a new install / delivery address)
Type in any notes for this order in the General Notes
Then select Next to take you to the Summary Page
Once on the Summary Page your Quote is saved but you can at this stage
Select Options to Edit or Copy your quote, this will take you back to the Finalise Page
or Print the Quote / Check order sheet
The History and Notes is a way for you to check on the history of your order IE: when you quoted it?, when it was dispatched? And to see any Notes that the supplier might have added

13. Quoting & Ordering
Select Accept, this will place the quote as an order to your supplier
Decline sets the Quote as Lost and will not proceed any further

Sales

16. Checking Quotes & Orders
Now you can see at a glance
How many Quotes you have in the system
How many orders you have awaiting Approval to be processed
How many orders are in Work in Progress
You can click on any of these buttons to have a more detailed view of where all your Orders and Quotes are, what Status it has and when it is expected to be ready

17. Checking Quotes & Orders
Click on an order to view the details for this order
The status appears next to the BUZ number
