“FUTURE LEARNING: Orchestrating 21st Century Learning Ecosystems using Analytics” Research questions Research design Research methods RQ1: What kind of learning analytics are currently used to help in orchestration of a learning ecosystem? RQ2: What kind of learning analytics have been used to inform learning design decisions? RQ3: How can different learning analytics be integrated to improve learning design decisions? RQ4: How do integrated learning analytics contribute to the creation of more meaningful and efficient set of technologies for learning? Design based research approach which utilizes an iterative process of design, implementation, analysis, and revision. The research design is a single–group series design involving repeated measurement of a group. G O1 X1 O2 X2 O3 As depicted, one group (G) is observed (O) and receives the treatment (X) several times. Mixed methods research. Qualitative data sources – open questionnaires, semi–structured interviews, focus groups and observations.
