A custom list is a great way to search and report on a group of students.

4. Reports for a Student List
Trac Navigation > Search Glass > Students > ESL > Reports > List Reports

5. Favorite Reports
Reports in the system can be saved as a Favorite. This will allow you to store all of the reports you use into one easy to find category labeled Favorites.
You can even share your favorite reports with members of your permission group.

6. Automated Reports
In order to Automate your Report you first must save your Report as a favorite.
Each Report in the system can be automated to send to you and your staff on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis.
Setting up automated Reports will require System Administrative access to the application.
