What is it made of? Jupitar is made of hydrogen gas and a little bit of helium, the hydrogen is crushed by its gravity and turned into a hydrogen type liquid FUN FACT: If you suck helium out of a floaty balloon your voice will go funny!

The most famous storm on Jupiter is called the great red spot which is 3 times the size of our planet, earth!

Length of day and year Time to orbit the Sun is Earth years. The distance from the Sun 778,000, km!. Length of day- 9 hours and 50 minutes at the equator.

MOONS AND SATELLITES Jupiter has 4 big moons and lots of little moons. It has no satellites surrounding it. The little moons are asteroids trapped by Jupiter’s gravitational force!!
