BA – level: Often 4th or 5th semester 1 or 2 semesters abroad - Study - (internship) Master level: 1 eller 2 semesters abroad - Thesis - Internship Check your study programme for when it is possible for you to go abroad. Criteria Full time student at SDU Relevant for your SDU studies
Completed 3-4 terms of study (BA students) Completed at least 1st semester (MA students) Pre- approval of study program Duration of stay abroad one or two terms Letter of admission / contract Erasmus+ exchange: possibility to apply on both BA and Master – maximum 12 months each

Pre-approval / final credit
Study program - find relevant courses at host university - Check with SDU curriculum - Questions related to courses to student advisor or your head of studies Pre-approval by the academic study board Application to study board for final credit after having completed period abroad

Study Progress Reform:
Note: As from Autumn 2015: You must register for 30 ECTS each semester. You must have pre-approved 30 ECTS per semester by your study board before you leave. Your study board must include start and end date in the approval. E.g.: 30 ECTS abroad alternative: 20 ECTS Traineeship + 10 ECTS at SDU
