We gather to exchange experience, to feed our curiosity, to grow our community, to offer our acceptance and to share our voice.

Exhibiting in the Flavor Bazaar at Slow Food Nations is an opportunity to build community through food, share your story, and celebrate food and agricultural traditions. Slow Food Nations exhibition is not your typical tradeshow or convention.

7. Delegates Delegates receive:
Slow Food Nations delegates are Slow Food ambassadors and food system leaders who will help shape the discourse that we will enjoy as a national community. Throughout the event, delegates have the opportunity to engage as hosts, presenters, exhibitors, or in other active ways that fit for each individual.

Encourage food producers who represent Slow Food values to participate in the Slow Food Nations Flavor Bazaar.
Ark of Taste
Celebrate and promote Ark of Taste producers from your region. Work with local Ark of Taste chair to identify candidates and support attendance.
Programming
E.g. SF Portland working with SF Denver to host Recipe Telling event.
Attend, be an ambassador
Register as a delegate and sign up to be an ambassador during the event - sharing Slow Food as an Ark of Taste docent, School Garden guide, Welcome Center host, and much more.
Promotion
