Let’s not focus on the sharks right now, start with the lions…
The course for me has been really helpful at a time where I needed most help as a new consultant. I have learnt how to communicate differently to help others share my own vision. I have learnt about the circle of influence and the circle of concern, which has been tremendous for me. The course has helped me look differently, not only at work but at life in general. The poster is an oversimplified representation on how my way of looking around me has changed (I am the one on the right!). The words at the bottom of the poster are about what I find myself using on a daily basis. The blue sky phrase refers to my last session with Richard Wells, when he told me how much he disliked that phrase.
