2. Goals of the review
Report about the LS1 consolidation projects with the objective to
Estimate the performance with respect to the planned baseline for technical performance, schedule, and budget.
Qualitative and quantitative description of “what went well” and “what did not go so well”
Extract “lessons learned” to improve future projects
Produce an executive summary of the review to prepare future improvements
