5 Initial Role of Practice in 2013
1. Establish MBO Based Quantitative Appraisal System Clarify Company Objectives to each Employee Re-design MBO format to align with Company objectives Collect filled MBOs from Employees Review each MBO & Align each activity with Company Objectives Define Parameters & formula for SLAs for each objective Establish methods for Data collections for Parameters 2. Collect, Compile & Publish Performance Data Collect project data (progress, Status, Meetings, Action Points, Issues etc.) Collect employees related data (Skill Level, Trainings, Customer Feedbacks) Co-relate the Data with Team Members’ MBO activities & SLAs Compile & Publish Employee MBO Progress Report Monthly Resource Utilization Monthly Practice wise Productivity Data 3.Facilitate & Follow-ups for project reviews and appraisal

6 What needs to be measured ..?
To get the Answers of following Questions: People: enough people, with the necessary competencies and experience? Business systems: processes and infrastructure sufficient? Information: the necessary knowledge, data, information systems is available? Financial resources: enough money and credit?
