Blue Ridge hasn’t always been the thriving center that it is today. Our relationship with the town of Marion has grown since its strained origins. It is important for us to promote pride and encourage unity because without these factors, we risk inhibiting growth and success.

7. How will we know we have accomplished our goal?
We will measure our progress based upon student feedback and behavior. We will know that we have accomplished our goal by increased performance in Career Success Standards and lower occurrences of negative behavior.

8. In Conclusion
Our concern for Blue Ridge Job Corps is the extreme lack of unity and pride in our center.
The Blue Ridge Job Corps SGA plans to cure our center’s lack of pride and unity by incorporating workshops and incentives during the week leading up to the summer prom. Our 50 year anniversary present to our school will be the measurable difference in student and staff morale.
