The TTPT adopted and published the test scripts for use in Flight 0703
The TTPT also revised the frame schedule in the scripts to streamline and improve the testing process
TTPT adopted a schedule of 3 Frames of 2 weeks each instead of the prior schedule of 6 one week frames
Initiating transactions and responses will be exchanged in Frame 1
Cancels, date changes and responses will be exchanged in Frame 2
Billing and usage transactions will be exchanged in Frame 3
Script changes were adopted to enable the test transactions to more closely resemble automated production systems

5. Next Steps for Test Flights in 2003 Continued
TTPT noted the successful completion of the Version 1.5 Test Flight, the first major market test to be completed on schedule!!!
RMS and TAC gave preliminary approval for 2003 Flights
ERCOT and the TTPT conducted the Market Orientation Meeting for Flight 0703 on May 13, 2003
Deadline to Register for Flight 0703 is still
May 22, 2003
ERCOT, the Version 1.5 Coordination Team and the TTPT will conduct the joint “Lessons Learned Workshop” on May 27, 2003
TTPT to evaluate TX SET recommended roll out schedule and will consider Flights for 2004 in June

6. Proposed Resolution for Test Flights for 2003
RMS approves the revised Market Testing timelines for Flights 0703 and Flight 1003 as adopted by the TTPT, in particular the scope of Flight 1003, which will include TX SET Version 1.6 and COMET transaction changes.
RMS further directs that any material changes to these timelines or changes in scope of the test flights must be approved by RMS.

8. Issues for Consideration by RMS and Request for Guidance
During the Version 1.5 Market Test, one of the existing market participants almost failed to gain their certification letter. The question posed to the TTPT is what does the market do:
If a new TDSP fails to successfully complete a market test?
If an existing large CR fails to successfully complete a market test?
If an existing small CR fails to successfully complete a market test?
Does a CR loose the ability to send new transactions?
Does a CR loose the ability to do business at all?
Do a CR’s customers get defaulted to another REP who passed the test?
If the customers are transferred, how is that accomplished?
Does the market wait to convert until all have passed?
