Paris, capital of France is located in northern France on both banks of the Seine River
Notre Dame can be found on a island- the Ile de la cite in Paris.
Probably Notre Dame is the most famous cathedral in the world.
The distance to all towns is measured by Notre Dame (in Paris)
It was started being in 1163 but has been changed since then.
The pope of Alexander was the third person who placed the first foundation.

3. FACTS ON NOTRE DAME Notre Dame in French means Our Lady.
During the French Revolution the cathedral was damaged.
The cathedral was finished in1345.
There is no official religion in France most people say they are Roman Catholic.
