Nothing discussed that directly impacted SOICS
4 standards updated based on OSHA/CSB/API recommendations
520 Part II- Changes around RV inlet pressure drop per OSHA recommendation
521- Changes on the use of Blowdown systems from CSB recommendation, but it doesn’t disallow which CSB recommended. Sent response letter to CSB.
691 Risk Based Machinery Management- Considerable scope growth beyond original intent, revised to remove about 30% of content, removed upstream and midstream references.
941 HTHA, revised based on CSB/API recommendations to reflect lessons learned from Tesoro 2010 accident.

RP 554 Parts 1 through 3
Even though the new revisions should go to ballot in 2015 they are or will be past due before publication of the next version.
All 4 have already been extended; a one time extension can be granted by the CRE for a two year period.
RP 552 Due date with extension was 2014
RP 554 Part 1 Due date with extension was 2014
RP 554 Part 2 Due date with extension is 2015
RP 554 Part 3 Due date with extension is 2015
May get some comments during reaffirmation that need to be incorporated into the revised standards before they are balloted.
Reaffirmation is good for another 5 years
