In our bid to bring customer service to the door steps our clients, we have designed the Enterprise Life USSD. This is a platform where clients can readily assess details of their policies.

5. Workflow for USSD Access
Client inputs his/her policy # to trigger another menu.

6. On your Mobile Phone Keypad
Ensure the mobile number is the same number we have in our records.
This service can be accessed on any mobile telecommunication device irrespective of it being smart or ‘Yam’
Once you have started the service, there is a 60 seconds lapse rule, i.e., if you do not engage the service in 60 seconds it will time-out and require that you start all over again
