5 Presenters As you review the presentation, please note that it has been completed on behalf of Chicago Title Company (“Chicago Title”), a domestic corporation. Chicago Title is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (“FNF”), a Delaware domestic corporation that is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FNF”. Chicago Title is licensed by the (*STATE*) Department of Insurance (attached) and is underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company (“Chicago”), a Nebraska domestic title insurer that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. (“FNTG”), a Delaware domestic corporation, which is ultimately a wholly owned subsidiary of FNF. Chicago is a national underwriter licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia. (NEEDS REVIEW) In counties and states where Chicago facilitates the title outside of its (STATE) license, it uses the resources and underwriters of FNTG.

6 Presenters These polices are issued and underwritten under Chicago Title Insurance Company, a (STATE) domestic title insurer that is a wholly owned subsidiary of FNTG. Chicago Title, when acting as settlement agent, is also able to facilitate out of state settlement transactions through the licensing of itself and/or the FNF family of licenses. When the property is located in an attorney state we facilitate those closings in combination with a state approved attorney’s office. When measuring financial strength, FNTG related underwriters outdistance all other title competitors. With the industry’s largest reserve for claim losses and the largest investment portfolio FNTG related underwriters offer the best protection for our customers and our policyholders.

Source: FNF 10-Q A Strong Commercial Real Estate Environment The third quarter was another strong quarter for our title insurance business, as we again led the title industry with a 14.9% pre-tax title margin. Our commercial business generated $258 million in total commercial revenue, a 15% increase over the third quarter of 2014 and equal to the second quarter of 2015.

Our customers require premier title and settlement services, rapid response and turnaround times, as well as industry expert partners. The Chicago Title team possess the knowledge and expertise to handle local and national closings. We are accountable to specific turn-times, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics that are customized to meet each lender’s needs. Title is completed within 1-3 business days in most geographic areas Title curative items are cleared within 7 business days following delivery of the completed title product; will deliver complete preliminary documents package including: commitment, CPL, wire instructions, tax certificate, pre-CD, chain of title in one on most orders Signings scheduled within 4 hours from receipt of request, dates and times are confirmed with the members Depending on customer preference or state laws signings are executed in our office’s, attorney’s office’s, or through mobile notaries Closing Disclosures/HUDs are delivered within 3 hours from receipt of loan documents Executed loan documents are delivered within 24 hours of document signing Final Loan Policy is completed within 30 days from the disbursement of the loan We work closely with our lender partners to establish work-flows and service levels that meet their needs. 21 National Notaries Notary Public’s Professional Responsibility & Requirements Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and avoiding fraud. Although notary services are governed by state law, we have developed some general guidelines for all notaries to adhere to while providing services to our Company. Chicago Title will only use FNF officially approved notaries who have been screened and meet all qualifications of our company standards. FNF maintains a master list of approved notaries at all times to insure quality control and notaries commissions are current.
