8:00 AM - Steve arrives at the office. He has an appointment with Jason, an external guest, for a meeting that is scheduled for 8:30 AM. He quickly searches through avaliable meeting rooms and books a free one directly from his Outlook calendar…

It is 8:25 AM when Steve‘s appointment Jason arrives. He gets his visitor pass printed via a visitor management module at the reception. Steve has been automatically notified upon his arrival.

Steve takes a glance at Wayfinder at the lobby to find out where he is to meet Jason and goes straight to the meeting room on the 4th floor.

Thanks to LED lights with 180° visibility colleagues can recognize from a distance that the meeting room is occupied.

9. 11:30 AM
After the meeting with Jason Steve needs to find a free desk to work at for the rest of the day. He searches for a free desk driectly via the mobile desk booking app.
But in a Smart Office there is always a smart alternative. Steve books himself a desk via desk booking kiosk instead. He uses the option “find a colleague” and will sit right next to Sarah.

At his desk, Steve checks in with his regular company RFID card. The LED light illuminates red now. Nobody is going to take his desk while he grabs a cup of coffee.

...Sarah, the company‘s Facility Manager, gets the perfect insights on the desk and meeting room utilization. Sense, a delicate wireless sensor measures the workspace continually and accurately.
