Mobile App Login Page This is the user ID and password that caregivers create when they complete your online app or you create for them. This is your unique company ID from your BlueSky URL.

Mobile App Main Page Where your caregiver will see shifts they have been scheduled to work, entered by you in BlueSky Your caregivers can see and apply for open shifts and travel needs. The details they are able to see are based on what you enter in BlueSky. This will connect your caregiver to our BlueSky support team!

Open Shifts From the app main page, the caregiver clicked on Open Shifts. What they now see are open, unassigned shifts that have been entered in BlueSky. When you enter shifts and travel needs in BlueSky, your system then searches your database of caregivers against the need. Any caregivers with the matching degree, specialty, and availability can see these open shifts (if they use the app/you allow them to login to your system).

Applying for a Shift This caregiver clicked on this shift in the previous screen. They’ll see the shift details and click the “Apply” button.

Confirming Application for Shift
After the caregiver clicks Apply in the previous screen, they’ll see this screen. Clicking confirm means they are confirming their application- NOT scheduling themselves. You (or the company user in the “Send to Upon Apply for Shift” notification box in Admin) will receive an automated , notifying you a caregiver has applied. Assignment is first come first serve; if you assign a caregiver, you will not receive any additional automated application s, and the shift will no longer appear in Open Shifts.

Map View “Get Directions” will provide GPS directions from your caregiver’s location to the facility.

Assigned Shifts The caregiver has applied for the shift, you have assigned them to the shift in BlueSky, and now they’ll see a black dot next to the shift in the app.

My Schedule Now, when the caregiver clicks on “my Schedule” from the main screen, they’ll see the shift they applied for and were assigned to work.

Clock In/Clock Out When the caregiver gets to work, they’ll click on the shift in “My Schedule” and will see this screen. They will clock in, out and in for lunch if one is scheduled, and out for the day. If they get a daily timecard, they can take a picture of it and upload it to BlueSky by clicking “Attach.” You will see the clock in/out times and the upload in Payroll > Employees TimeSheets.

Entering Time Clicking “Start” or “End” in the previous screen will take the caregiver here.

Attaching Time Sheet When the caregiver clicks “Attach,” the camera function is enabled. They’ll take a picture of the timecard, then click “Attach” again. In BlueSky, you’ll see the timecard in Payroll > Employee TimeSheets.

Additional Info: You can edit/overwrite clock in/out times in BlueSky.
You can set up notifications in your BlueSky system to let your caregivers know there are open shifts and travel needs they can apply for. This is done in Admin > Setup > Company/Region Setup. If you have caregivers on permanent placement at a facility, they will only see open shifts/needs at that particular facility.
