2 GANT - Overview GANT is a clothing Brand catering to both W’wear and M’wear for a customer Base aged +30 Though the origin is American, GANT is now based out of SWEDEN and belongs to the same family that owns LACOSTE Segment competitors are Tommy H, Ralph L, Nautica, Armani Exchange In the Middle East this portfolio is worth 500million and GANT contributes to 8% of the mix The 5 year plan is to improve and increase turnover by 25% every year thereby achieving 125 million from a current base of 40million. Increase stores from current 7 to 20 and space from 3500 sq ft to 10,000 sq. ft
