Internet banking /telephone banking advantages: time flexibility disadvantages: some security issues about passwords and data 2) Cash points or ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine: cassa automatica per prelievo o versamento) advantages: convenient for withdrawing or depositing cash 3) Electronic payment advantages: avoids the need to use cash Branches advantages: offer personal contact disadvantages: opening hours, long queues
