8 Golden Rules 8 Rules for Success 8 Reasons for Failure
8 Pillars of Success 8 Dos of FICLYF Business 8 Don'ts of FICLYF Business
2
Rule 1 : Make a list of minimum 20 names
Your “brain” is not a super computer that can store unlimited number of names and recall any one whenever you need. A list of names always serves you better to contact. Keep adding new names in your list. Remember, the bigger the list is bigger your success.
3
Rule 2 : Suspecting – the pre-approach
This is the qualification step. Here you determine the person can be a “prospect” or not by asking some qualifying questions. Our business is based on the concept of mouth to mouth publicity, hence if you don’t talk to people, then the very idea of “referral marketing” is defeated. Talk to at least “2” persons a day.
4
Rule 3 : 1 presentation a day is a must
This is where the prospect takes a detailed look at the product & the plan. A powerful, attractive, short & sweet presentation gives total clarity and fulfills the purpose of the invitation. Remember, a positive prospect may turn to a negative by a weak presentation. Give at least 1 presentation a day. Make it your habit.
5
Rule 4 : Start your business after FAMILY FORUM
Listing, invitation, presentation & closing are useless if a proper “orientation” of this business is not given to your new associate, who is your future. Equip your associate with a strong mind set & self confidence in the face of challenges and negative people.
6
Rule 5 : Spend at least 1 hr a day for self-development
Learning is sharpening your knowledge & skill. The more you learn, more your efficiency get sharpen. Updating your knowledge keeps you confident & motivated to face any challenge. Read motivational books on self-development, network marketing, watch CDs or listen audio tapes on related subjects at least 1 hr a day (while having break fast / dinner, driving car, before going to bed…..) Remember the saying, “knowledge is power”.
7
Rule 6 : Participate in all the events
To see the “big picture” of your company – FICLYF & what’s going around you in this business, participate all the events viz.: Weekly Training classes in your Business Point. Training Workshops organized by your senior. Seminars organized by your Business Point. Regional Conferences & Celebrations of FICLYF. Don’t just attend, “participate” all the events or else you will only be a spectator.
8
Rule 7 : Ensure that your “Directs” gets “First Incentive”
People work normally for normal pay cheque and work extra-ordinarily for “incentive”. Ensure that your “Direct Associate” gets the “First Incentive” in 30 days by introducing “10 Distributors” under him. Treat all your “direct associates” as your child & the “first incentive” is like the first gift to your baby.
9
Rule 8 : Ensure that your team follow all the 7 Rules for Success
Ensure that, all associates in your team follow all the “7 Rules for Success”. With a complete duplicable system, anyone – sales type or non sales type, shy or outgoing – can do the business. We bet, you will be in a position to retire in 2 years from now, with the wealth you never dreamt of.
