Loss of funding – need to generate income Rapidly developing new technologies: Mobile platforms, apps, social media responsive design…… Strong competition from Online Booking providers, TripAdvisor etc Changing visitor behaviour – want immediate, responsive, inspiring info Now have option to use open source/bespoke systems.
