INTRODUCTION 1. What is the defenition and importance of child talent ? Every child needs education compatible with their talent Lucy (2010) : schools was found approximately 40% of gifted children not performing in accordance with capacities.

4 INTRODUCTION 3. Solution This study uses an expert system to overcome these problems. Expert systems can be used, as an expert system is a system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques for solving problems will remove the ability of experts into the computer.
