1 Using tinfoil and masking tape and paint
How to make a Mask Using tinfoil and masking tape and paint

2 Start with 3 pieces of tin foil stacked on top of each other
Fold the edges over about ¼ inch (so NOT VERY MUCH) GENTLY PLACE THE TIN FOIL ON YOUR FACE AND PUSH AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TOLLERATE TO GET EYE, NOSE AND MOUTH INDENTS-note…if you push too hard you will tear your foil and have to figure out how to fix your mask. Cut around outline of your head out VERY CARFULLY-if you want a half mask cut just below your nose imprint and along the top of the forehead. If you want a full mask cut it into an oval.

3 Gently tape around the edges of the mask that you just cut
Gently tape around the edges of the mask that you just cut. Smaller chunks of masking tape are easier to manipulate.

4 If your eye, nose and mouth imprints got a little faded put it back on your face and push onto your face again

5 Take a pencil or the tip of your scissors and gently poke a hole in one eye (support the mask with your other hand!!!)

6 Use your scissors to gently cut and then fold the pieces back with your fingers in one eye hole.

7 Repeat with the other eye
Repeat with the other eye. Remember that small cuts and folds are the best way to go!

8 Time to do the mouth! If you need to push the mask back onto your face to get a deeper nose and mouth imprint. Use a pen to draw a line where the lips meet. This is where we will make our first cut/hole.

9 Turn your mask over and make a SMALL cut in the fold of the mouth that you made deeper with your pen lines

10 Carefully cut the rest of the mouth line you drew on the front side.

11 Fold the foil inside of the mouth carefully-a little at a time works best.

12 Put the mask on your face to help add definition to your nose and chin
Put the mask on your face to help add definition to your nose and chin. This is our last chance to re-shape the mask.

13 Now we cover the foil carefully in masking tape
