Besides, the grammatical structure is correct because the noun comes after the adjective.
This sign construes an imperative mood because there is any Subject or Finite and it starts with the word ’No’, and it shows a negative polarity. Therefore, this sign is showing that smoking is not allowed in the MTR station.
