11. What We Committed To: Federal Support Teams
Role of Each Team:
Identify and facilitate the provision of assistance to ensure that clusters can access available Federal resources
Identify point(s) of contact for the team including a lead contact or representative from one of the three funding agencies
Coordinate and participate in quarterly learning events
Coordinate site visits and monitoring activities, including the sharing of quarterly data and reports submitted by grantees
What We’ve Done So Far:
Each of the 16 federal agencies have reviewed the project proposals and submitted to ETA a description of the types of support and assistance that could be provided to each cluster, along with points of contact that will be able to make the appropriate connections within the agency.
ETA has created a “catalogue” of available federal support, which will be provided to each of the grantees.

12. How You Can Engage the Federal Support Teams
Grantees should review the catalogue and connect with available resources as needed and as appropriate.
Grantees should connect with the Federal Point of Contact for assistance, if needed
Grantees should track the assistance and support provided by the Federal Support Team and share this information in the Integrated Work Plan (IWP) template (suggested)

Grantees can report outcomes or outputs that result from funded activities
Outcomes or outputs can only be counted once to ensure no “double counting” under different funding sources
Grantees must be prepared to state how they track and define outputs and outcomes

Any time the main point of contact for your grant changes, please remember to alert your Federal Project Officer (FPO) directly, and the funding agency National Office via the main mailbox
Federal Project Officers and the National Office regularly send out blasts to grantees. Please make sure your system does not confuse our communication as SPAM.
